We stand behind Aromi with a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not happy with your purchase, simply reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right. This may include guidance on usage, scent recommendations, or reviewing your case depending on the situation.

Please note:
Cases may require clear photo or video evidence of product condition or usage to be reviewed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

📦 Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• A return request must be submitted within 15 days of delivery

If your item qualifies:

  1. Send a clear photo of the unopened product to our support team
  2. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions
  3. After the item is received and inspected, we’ll process a refund of the order subtotal, excluding shipping

🕒 Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once approved by your bank or card provider
🚚 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
⚠️ We are unable to accept returns of opened or used products due to hygiene reasons

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or suitable resolution.
