Refund Policy
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of the Aromi Naturals Duo Chamber Inhaler, all sales are final. Once an order has been shipped and delivered, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, whether the product has been opened or remains unused.
This policy exists to ensure that every customer receives products that are fresh, safe, and uncompromised. Because our inhalers are designed for direct personal use, returning or reselling them after they have left our facility would compromise product safety and quality standards.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@arominaturals.com within 7 days of delivery. Our support team will review your case and, if approved, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
To help us quickly resolve any issues, please include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A description of the issue
Subscription Orders
If you are subscribed to recurring shipments, you may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges. Charges already processed for shipped orders are non-refundable.
Chargebacks and Unauthorized Returns
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in delays and may disqualify you from future purchases. Unauthorized returns sent to our fulfillment center will not be accepted or refunded.
